Leonardo is an Argentine-American filmmaker whose directorial debut feature film, Aventurera, earned him the Argentine Director's Guild prize of "Best Argentine Director" at the 29th Mar Del Plata International Film Festival in Argentina. 

Most recently, Leonardo directed the Netflix original series Triptych starring Maite Perroni which was #1 show on Netflix (non-English) and top ten world-wide. He also worked as 2nd Unit director on the hit Netflix show Narcos Mexico Season 2 and 3.

 

His work as a cinematographer has been screened in festivals worldwide and he was nominated for a cinematography award by the American Cinematography Society and by Arri Camera for the Volker Bahanemann Cinematography Award.

Leonardo is currently based in Belgium where he is developing international series and film projects. He works both as a director and director of photography in film and television. 

Education: Masters In Fine Arts from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

Languages: English, Spanish and French

Citizenship: USA Citizenship with a French Residency Permit (Carte de Séjour) to work in Europe.
